Welcome to my signature HR mentoring programme - The Career Compass.
A six month programme to support you to better know yourself, your role and your industry. To help you to plan a career direction that is just right for you.

Session 1 - openings
We begin with a 60 minute conversation about you and your ambitions, your challenges and plans. Next we agree the milestones we will work on together. Your likely topics will be yourself, your role, your industry and your future - but let’s talk and see where you want to head.
Before session 2, I will send you a mentoring workbook with exercises for you to complete and share with me.
Sessions 2, 3 and 4
These 90 minute virtual sessions form the heart of our work together - the topics are define by your needs and what you want to achieve.
Likley topics are:
- your business, fellow HR team and your manager
- your skill gaps and HR knowledge you would like to build
- current project challenges you would like a 2nd opinion on
- investigation of HR career options and where you might focus
After each session I will send you a mentoring workbook which will include a summary of our conversation and the exercises for you to complete before the next session. With a recording of each session if you would like it.
Sessions 5 and 6 - closings
Session 5 - A 90 minute session to discuss and agree your action plan
After the session I will send you a mentoring workbook which will include a summary of our conversation and the actions you have committed to.
Session 6 - A 60 minute check in
Timed to land about 8 weeks after session 5, a 60 minute check-in in session to support you as you continue to work on your action plan.
Plus a chance to talk through any questions which have arisen for you from our HR mentoring sessions and a opportunity to discuss where you wish to focus next on your mentoring journey
